In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ink79", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ink79 platform, operated at ink79.app and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Platform" means the ink79 website, mobile web interface, all software, games, payment systems, and any related services made available through ink79.app.
• "Account" means a registered user account created by you on the Platform, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet, stake, or game round placed on the Platform using Account funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or any other incentive issued to a Player's Account under a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process by which ink79 confirms a Player's identity, age, and residential information.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options available to Players within their Account dashboard.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency of all ink79 Accounts and transactions.

Access to and use of the ink79 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are conditions precedent to Account registration and must be maintained for the duration of your Account's existence:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ink79 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is specifically designed and operated for Indonesian players, and by registering you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from Indonesia.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise legally restricted from entering into contracts are not eligible to register.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one ink79 Account. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether under the same name, different names, or using shared devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme at ink79 or any affiliate platform. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded are prohibited from re-registering until the exclusion period has formally expired and been lifted through the proper support process.
• Prohibited Persons: Employees, directors, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of ink79 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold Player Accounts or participate in any promotional offer.

ink79 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access real-money games and services on the Platform, you must complete the ink79 registration process and create a verified Account. By submitting a registration application, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

• Registration Information: You will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid mobile number, and an email address. This information must match the identification documents you subsequently provide for KYC purposes.
• Password Security: You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password and maintaining its confidentiality. ink79 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify ink79 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account Accuracy: You must keep your Account information current. Changes to your name, address, or contact details must be reported to [email protected] promptly. ink79 is not liable for losses arising from outdated Account information.
• Account Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account, Account balance, or any associated bonus entitlements to any third party.
• Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. ink79 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts and, where the balance reaches zero, to close the Account.

ink79 is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal can be processed. ink79 may also request KYC documentation at any other time deemed appropriate, including during routine account reviews or where unusual activity is detected.

• Acceptable Identity Documents: A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM). The document must be current, clearly legible, and show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement issued by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or another major Indonesian bank, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your residential address in Indonesia.
• Payment Method Verification: For withdrawal requests, ink79 may require confirmation that the nominated bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) belongs to the registered Account holder. Screenshots or confirmation documents may be requested.
• Processing Time: KYC documents are typically reviewed within 24 hours of submission. ink79 will notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.
• Withholding of Funds: ink79 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Funds will not be forfeited solely due to pending KYC, provided the Player cooperates fully with the verification process.

All identity documents submitted are stored and processed in accordance with ink79's Privacy Policy. Documents are used exclusively for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable international compliance standards.

All financial transactions on the ink79 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ink79 supports a comprehensive range of local Indonesian payment methods to ensure fast, convenient access for players across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, and beyond.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga; e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of receipt, typically within minutes of a successful transfer.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, as a security and anti-fraud measure. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are targeted for processing within five minutes during operational hours. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion as set out in Section 4.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the ink79 Account holder.
• ink79 does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ink79 accepts no responsibility.
• ink79 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is unusually large or where the Account shows irregular activity patterns.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 6 before withdrawal eligibility is established.

ink79 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses and promotions are governed by these Terms & Conditions and by the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds carry a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 must generate Rp 3.000.000 in total wagers before withdrawal of the bonus or its winnings is permitted.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per Account, per household, and per device. ink79 reserves the right to withdraw or void bonuses where it determines that a Player has exploited or attempted to exploit a promotion.
• VIP Programme: The ink79 VIP programme — spanning Silver, Gold, Platinum, and the invitation-only Black Diamond tier — operates under its own tier-specific terms. Cashback rates, withdrawal priority, personal account manager access, and other tier benefits are reviewed on a monthly basis and may be adjusted at ink79's discretion.
• Seasonal Promotions: ink79 may offer special promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Such promotions carry their own expiry dates and specific terms.

All games available on the ink79 Platform — including live casino titles from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe, and all sports betting markets — are governed by fair play principles and certified random-number generation systems.

• Provably Fair: All game outcomes are determined by certified random-number generators (RNG). ink79 does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot influence the result of any game round once play has commenced.
• Sports Betting: All sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are governed by the specific rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. Mix parlay (mix parlay, a multiple-leg accumulator bet popular in Indonesian football betting) settlements follow the rules published in the sportsbook terms. Voor bola (voor bola, the Asian handicap format widely used for Indonesian football markets) is settled in accordance with the stated handicap at the time of bet placement.
• Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a live game round, ink79's systems will complete the round according to the game's internal logic. Disconnection does not void a wager already placed. ink79 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues outside our infrastructure.
• Malfunction Voids Play: In the event of a proven platform or game malfunction, all affected wagers and payouts are void. In such circumstances, affected Players will be notified and original stake amounts will be returned to their Accounts.
• Maximum Payout Limits: Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply across all game categories. Specific limits are published in the relevant game-category rules. ink79 reserves the right to pay exceptionally large winnings in instalments.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ink79 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or any subsequent interaction with ink79.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one ink79 Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to defraud ink79 or its game providers.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies in game or sportsbook systems. Any winnings generated through a demonstrable exploit are void and will be reclaimed.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform, structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid detection, or using the Platform in connection with any unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ink79 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools to disguise your actual location.

All content on the ink79 Platform — including but not limited to the ink79 brand name, logo, visual identity, website design, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ink79 or its licensed content providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe).

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from ink79. Unauthorised use of ink79 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

ink79 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering for an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ink79 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit between your device and our servers. Account credentials are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. ink79 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ink79's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ink79 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• ink79 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• ink79 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability. ink79 is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
• ink79 is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or conduct of third-party payment providers including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja. Any disputes with these providers must be resolved directly with the relevant institution.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by ink79's negligence.

ink79 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• The Account has been used in connection with prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the funds of other Players.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements necessitate Account closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, ink79 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds. Where closure is initiated by ink79 without cause attributable to the Player, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their nominated payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.

Players who wish to close their own Accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's nominated payment account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the Platform, or any service provided by ink79 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ink79 is licensed and regulated internationally. ink79 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and complies with its obligations under that regulatory framework.

In the event of a dispute, ink79 encourages Players to first seek resolution through the Platform's customer support team at [email protected]. The support team operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is committed to resolving legitimate Player complaints promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable regulatory body.

ink79 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ink79 will notify registered Players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to request Account closure and the return of any verified real-money balance.
